Off To Aspen

This time last year I was the happiest I think I've ever been. But the snow started falling.. and now here I am a year later, at basically the same place I was then (and that's not literal, this time last year I was in Hawaii). But metaphorically, somehow. 

Anyway, sister and I head to Aspen together tomorrow, new edit soon, also a post from an urban drizzop (drop) we did the other day on Kingsbury. 

I think it's safe to say that the filming Hiatus is over.

Soul Skiing

It seems skiing at Heavenly without a camera yields no friends. But I shred Nevada side by myself anyway. Yesterday was probably the worst day I've ever been up, lighting was so flat you couldn't tell the difference between something groomed and moguls, fog was so thick you could only see about two feet in-front of you. After getting lost somewhere around Olympic Chair (much to my dismay) I found my way back to the Boulder parking lot, since Stagecoach was full, and ended the short 3 run day by helping a fellow Boulder Parker put chains on his minivan. Soul skiing, like team pup 'n suds.
